For Middle school and up. This is an introductory to weightlifting course for athletes. Although we lift, SPEED KILLS so we will definitely be running and doing speed, agility, reaction, and quickness drills. In this class we teach the fundamentals of resistance training and focus on movement over maxes. In other words “I DONT CARE HOW MUCH WEIGHT THEY CAN LIFT, I WANT THEM LIFTING IT CORRECTLY” Numbers are second to technique in this class. Overall we focus on Long Term Development.

We teach The Big 5 Movement Patterns

  1. Squat

  2. Hip Hinge

  3. Push

  4. Pull

  5. Core
